As Senior Experience and Content Writer, I partnered with subject matter experts to create engaging and insightful technical blog posts, driving thought leadership and customer engagement. I crafted and adapted case studies for diverse platforms, ensuring consistent, impactful messaging across channels. Collaborating closely with designer Andrena Fairman, I played a pivotal role in shaping internal branding and marketing materials, including a new brand book, and developed campaigns that enhanced our digital presence and connected with our audience. I also refined brand voice and produced engaging copy for client websites and apps.
Wracket Music
As a Communications Consultant for Wracket Music, I strategically enhanced the company's online presence by refining its brand message and tone, resulting in a more cohesive and impactful digital identity. I authored leadership bios, crafted company announcements, and produced press releases and pitch materials that captured attention and amplified the brand's visibility in the industry, contributing to stronger brand positioning and new business leads.

As a Communications Consultant, I launched a new newsletter, taking ownership of research and content creation for every edition. In alignment with the company’s rebranding, I recently revitalized the newsletter’s image and structure to reflect the updated website and brand identity, enhancing its appeal and consistency. Additionally, I provided media training training at an Executive level prior to an industry panel, and developed a targeted media strategy designed to increase the company's brand presence.
